While submitting the order, client acknowledges that they have read and agrees with all of the terms and polices. If fails to read the terms, they will be responsible for any violations of the agreement. Acceptance of terms and policies implies that client agrees with the below mentioned conditions including but not limited to the following:
We provide quality services to the clients within the designed framework of agreement. In case of any query, the company will be happy to provide further explanation on helpline.
In the terms and conditions:
"You", "Your", "Client" or "Customer" means you or/and another person placeing, submitting or communicating with exprtITservice on the behalf of you;
"Product", "Task" and "Work" refers to the solution, project or any service which is required by the client and has been completed by exprtITservice;
"Order means the requirements submitted by the client on the websites online form or via whatsapp and any additional requirements or modifications which have been suggested by the client later on;
"Content" refers to the *sample of* information, material and data of the product delivered by our expert.
The payment details are kept safe and secure to ensure misuse is not possible. Once an order and payment has been made, the company will not ask for any credit card or account details. If you are ever asked by someone to provide your payment details, please inform us immediately.
It is the duty of the client to provide all the requirements of the order when placing the order.In case of failure of providing all the requirements or data necessary for the completion of service/work, the responsibility lies on the client and the company will not be responsible in delay or decreased quality of the delivered service.
It is quite possible that the order placed by client might need to be cancelled. We offer the option to cancel within three days of placing your order but this will depend on the status of the order.
The order can be cancelled by contacting us directly through contact number or sending a message via your mailbox with current active order.
A refund will be provided if exprtITservice fails to deliver the services within the required time frame. The work delivery system has been designed to make sure that the quality work gets delivered on time. However, if the company fails to deliver the work on time, a full refund will be given to the client on request. Just raise this will us and the refund will be given within 48 hours.
In case of the inappropriate service given, the work will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and refund will be given. In case of conflict of the clients claim and the Quality Assurance Team report, partial refund might be given.
ExprtITservice provides own services and we strongly recommend not to use it any where else. Please use our services as model to improve your skills.
